OUR PHILOSOPHY

At Santa Clara Sporting Club, we don't develop good players—we forge champions with integrity who compete in Nor Cal Premier League, Girl’s Academy, and national tournaments. Our Division 1 program demands technical precision, tactical intelligence, and mental fortitude while developing responsible, hardworking athletes with exceptional work ethic who refuse to settle for anything less than their maximum potential. This is elite youth soccer development where champions of character are made.

Ages 13 & Older: Advanced Training

  • The Girls Academy is the premier youth development platform for elite female soccer players in the United States. The league is the only national organization that puts players at the center of decision-making, actively engaging their voices to shape the league's direction and future.

    The Girls Academy empowers each player to reach their highest potential as both an exceptional athlete and human being through premier competition, unrivaled coaching standards, and fostering a lifelong love of the game.

    With over 100 member clubs competing across six age groups (U13-U19) in eleven conferences nationwide, league play runs from August through July, culminating in playoffs and national finals that showcase the best female soccer talent in the country.

    The program's groundbreaking Advisory Panel gives players real ownership through a player-led board that drives league improvements, charitable initiatives, and development opportunities. At the Girls Academy, the voice of the program's players isn't just heard—it's the heart of everything the program does.

Ages 12 & Under: Foundational Program

  • Nor Cal Premier League was founded with a clear purpose: to ignite a lifelong passion for soccer across the community. The league has grown to become a driving force in soccer development, elevating the game by nurturing players, clubs, coaches, and referees at every level.

    Nor Cal Premier League's mission is to "Elevate Soccer" by creating meaningful opportunities for growth and development throughout the soccer ecosystem. This comprehensive approach has helped countless individuals reach their potential and advance their soccer journey.

    The organization operates on seven core values:
