    MISSION

Santa Clara Sporting develops competitive soccer talent while nurturing the values, education, and community spirit that shape tomorrow's leaders. We succeed at playing soccer the right way through hard work, exceptional skill development, and unwavering teamwork—core principles integrated into every aspect of our player development program.

    THE BEGINNING

Founded in 1971 by a group of Portuguese soccer players with a vision to compete in the Peninsula Soccer League, our club later expanded in the early 1980s to include a youth program. The youth program rapidly developed into one of the most competitive clubs in Northern California and across the United States. Today, our teams consistently rank among the Top 5 in Northern California and maintain a Top 10 nationwide ranking according to GotSoccer.com.

    TEAMS

Join our thriving community of over 650 skilled players in our high-level competitive teams, consistently ranked among the Top-5 in Northern California. Serving players from under 6 to under 18; we're proudly affiliated with the Santa Clara Youth Soccer League, ECNL, and the Girls Academy.

    Goals for a cure

Santa Clara Sporting champions "Goals-for-A-Cure," providing free mammograms to women facing financial barriers. 100% of donations go to El Camino Hospital—we've raised over $665,000 and screened more than 3,000 women. Recognized by the Association of Fundraising Professionals and featured on KPIX CBS News.

    COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS

Santa Clara Sporting's Scholarship Program awards $18,000 annually to six college-bound players who demonstrate academic excellence, community leadership, and impact on and off the field. Over 200 players have graduated to play collegiate soccer in the last four years.
