Congratulations to the Santa Clara Sporting ‘98B White team for winning the Soccer by the Bay U14 Championship for the 2nd year in a row! Sporting played great soccer all weekend, beating Burlingame Xplosion 3-1 and San Carlos Cosmos 1-0 on Saturday in a great start to the tournament. On Sunday, Sporting battled through and won a tough match against Mission Valley United 1-0 to advance to the championship game against the Central Valley Gunners. Santa Clara fought hard in the Championship game, defeating Central Valley 1-0! This is the 4th year that Sporting ’98B White has played in this tournament and they are proud to say they are undefeated with a record of 16-0!

Great job and congratulations go out to the players, Coach Tim Quinn, Coach Cam Rast and Coach John Mora, and parents.
