Tournament Reimbursment Process

The Santa Clara Sporting Club supports each team and will pay for three tournament fees throughout the soccer season (August-July).  Each team has the flexiblity to select which tournaments they want SCSC to pay entry fees.  State Cup entry fee counts as a tournament.  Teams that host an age group and work during the Santa Clara Sporting Invitational Tournament receive an additional free registration during the same soccer calendar year.

Process to Request Tournament Payment

  1. Send an email to Audren Cashman admin@santaclarasporting.com with the subject line: [Sporting team name] Tournament Reimbursment [event name]
  2. Attach completed form Download Tournament Reimbursement Form (word doc)
  3. Audren will mail you the check made payable to the tournament, or you can stop by the Sporting office to pick-up the check.

* Please expect a 7-10 day lead time to process your request, so do not wait until the last minute.
